This product mainly uses fermentation method to produce, its raw materials can be used molasses, sucrose, sweet potato and petroleum hydrocarbons and other carbohydrates generally use fungi for fermentation production, according to the fermentation method can be divided into surface fermentation and deep fermentation two categories, surface fermentation is the early production method, with some penicillium or Aspergillus Niger as the strain In the deep fermentation method, Aspergillus Niger is also used as the strain. Small spherical filamentous aggregate is generated in the fermentation process, and the growth and thin filamentous bodies should be avoided. The fermentation condition is pH 1.5-2.8, and sterile air and agitation are required After fermentation, filaments and residual solid residues were filtered to remove. The filtrate was neutralized with calcium carbonate to obtain calcium citrate, and then neutralized with concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain crude citric acid. After purification, concentration and crystallization by ion exchange resin, the finished product was mainly produced by deep fermentation method, accounting for about 80 percent of the output of fermentation method
