D-sodium erythorbate (D-sodium erythorbate), also known as sodium erythorbate, is a new type of biotype food anti-oxygen, anti-corrosion and fresh-keeping color aid. It can prevent the formation of carcinogen - nitrosamine in pickled products, and eradicate the undesirable phenomena such as discoloration, odor and turbidity of food and beverage. Widely used in meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, wine, drinks and canned food preservative color. Rice is mainly used as the main raw material, and the product is obtained by microbial fermentation. According to the national GB8273-87 standard production.

Product Application

1. Sodium isoascorbate is a water-soluble antioxidant;
2. Its an important antioxidant preservative in the food industry;
